For those of you who didn't know, you can upload a picture into your profile.  If you login and then click Your Profile in the User Menu on the left, you'll see an "Edit" button.  If you click it, you'll see "Update Your Image" as a choice.

Now back to the question .... when you upload an image of yourself in your brand new underwear, you may think that is REALLY cool, but another member may find that the Playboy bunny images on the back just a little offensive.  To prevent this from happening, our Web Editor needs to look at the image and make that very difficult decision to approve it or reject it.

This decision making process is the cause for the delay.
